Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within an average of 5 to 14 working days.
Shipments and deliveries occur on weekdays, weekends and holidays, 7 days a week. Customers should expect a delay of an additional three days should Lute Diamonds experience a high volume of orders. The Lute Diamonds team will communicate these changes ahead of time through means of email.

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by any natural acts, i.e. Lockdown due to Covid-19 restrictions, damage during transportation of parcel.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Lute Diamonds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lute Diamonds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Lute Diamonds support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We will return goods within 30 days upon dissatisfaction of the product. When goods are supplied as per website advert and no quality deficiencies are detected before shippment, Lute Diamonds will not accept the returning of goods. Our policy on the return of goods process starts after customer has communicated reasons for the return and found reasonable to justify a return, however customer will return goods at their cost if is from areas outside of Kimberley, South Africa. If the goods are delivered to the customer with factory faults, Lute Diamonds will take full responsibility for the return and replacement of such goods to the customer at no additional cost to the customer affected. Customers will be expected to return goods through the Courier company used by Lute Diamonds to ensure speedy replacement and follow through of paper work affecting the goods.
